@jujonson Hey, check out my artworks. I took a long break from the game and sadly i have no time to play it right now. The city is far from finished but looks close to the last artworks. I built some more blocks. Hope to find some time soon to build again! Next thing would be the harbor or airport. kind of projects which will take very much time.

Not really sure. After Dark and maybe Mass Transit. 99% of the collection does not need any DLC. Of course it needs after dark but who would play C:S without it.
Also i would not suscribe to everything at once. This is NEVER a good idea and you should allways suscribe to your assets and mods step by step/one by one. Check every one of them first and read the decribtions for a better understanding, higher performance, lower RAM usage, etc.
