Tiny shoulder Cthulhu! The TF2 universe needs more cephalopod pets. :)
But I agree with Stevos' comment below: Although the octopus looks great by itself, as a shoulder boddy it would be better if the octopus actually clung to the shoulder with a few arms, maybe lean it body more towards the character's neck ao that the angle is different, only leave one or two of the arms curled up.
