Why does it say I can't build it if I don't have enough wood in stock? I also can't select any other material? Is this mod bugged?

Since this mod has been reported working in 1.5 I added it to the No Version Warning-mod

I've been using this mod for a while now with 1.5 without problems. It's an XML-only mod with nothing that has to be recompiled for 1.5.

The ideology expansion will be out on 20/07,and the game version is 1.3 will this mod be updated for that :)? As i will be starting a new game when ideology is out.

Pretty good mod, I just wish the model wasn't so flat. Makes me miss the old log walls, that's for sure.

Can you please make it so that the crenels can be constructed atop the palisades directly, deconstructing the palisades in the process? also, pylons and palisades being constructable on top of one another, deconstructing the other, this would allow the construction of the palisades to be much more dynamic and adjustable

@ElCracko96 I notice this sometimes even without this mod. They seem to do that particularly with wooden things. Even the walls from Gloomy get attacked by raiders. I made a barn with Gloomy wooden walls and tribal raiders went straight for it, many of them completely ignoring getting shot at, and as a result, getting killed trying to punch my barn.

Im having a weird issue with the mod(1.1) that i never seen happen on rimworld 1.0, normal raiders will instead of charge my colonists or go inside my base will go directly to the palisades and start punching them, even if i shot at them they seen to be more interested in the walls, the raiders also never destroy the palisades just punch few times and go to another one.
Have anyone experienced this?(9 raids so far and all of them its the same story)

I'd also like to see a version of this with the "plaster" option. Maybe 2x the work to build for 30-50% less flammability.

The crenels should damage enemies that cross them because it is still sharp wood sticks they are jumping over. Just a thought but the mod looks good

I only saw a patch for medieval times. I was meaning to change the woody category by "WoodLog" as a cost list.

I'm having the issue of enemies just attacking the walls instead of walking around as well. It doesn't seem to be an issue of those paths being faster, they're pretty blatantly ignoring my killbox and just walking into the wall unless they're SUPER close.

Is the problem with the Palisades not appearing while using Fences and Floors gone? I still have it, but i use the other version Fences and no Floors ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1567724907 ) because i have fluffys Stuffed floors mod too and i thought the floors are included in it. Perhaps i have to run the original Mod, but i dont know if it will cause Problems with possible Duplicates.

What other mods are you running, Sour? In prior cases where stuff like that has happened, it's been the result of other mods changing things in the vanilla game.

Everytime I construct a wooden crenel, it just disappears from the game. No BP, nothing left in the space, no fail message, just gone.

The gates function just like regular doors--pawns and animals obey the same conditions as regular doors as to whether or not they can pass through them.

Alright, i've released an update that I am hopeful resolved the issue--I had no problems running it alongside Fences & Floors. Please let know how it works for you guys.

In the meantime, try placing Palisades before F&F in your load order, and tell me if that does anything.

Ok, than you for the info, I will investigate the issue. I have a suspicion that Fences and Floors may engage in some bad practices as far as modding goes, which is leading to some interference with this mod. If that's the issue, I should hopefully be able to looking at F&F's structure and determine pretty quickly how to remove the interference.

I am having the same issue as mikechmi, and I too have Fences and Floors. It seems to be the cause of the problem.

I'm running a good amount of mods, but the ones that add/alter fence/wall/etc. type things are:
barbed wire (unofficial)
fences and floors
doors extended
replace stuff
razor wire (though that's yours so obviously not it)

Olly, while I'm not familiar with that particular mod, I've made an update that should hopefully resolve your issue. Let me know if it works for you.
