Oh yes i see it hope i can fix
-For playing the MOD you must a Emulator from net needed (Fusion,Gens or BizHawk)
-goto "?":\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\34270\1547503270\Mortal Kombat Revelation.bin
