This mod doesn't work too good with "open cities" Skyrim. However i found a way to port between the "open city" and "closed city" so that isn't really a problem.

Btw could you simply add those new restoration spells to list of sold spells by restoration vendors all over skyrim instead of one guy in the closed city?

The resist shock spell of your lite version is an apprentice spell instead of an expert-level one. Nothing else is wrong with it.
