I found the problem it was another mod and i have fixed it now thanks for help :)

Well in that case, you could try removing it from the world with some sort of editor(not sure if you could do this with the creation kit.), or you could try reinstalling it and just not using it.
If neither of those work, you'll probably have to make a new character, or load a save before you installed the mod. (you can use console to regain levels and quest completion, probably.)

Just reinstall the mod, get rid of the item, and then uninstall again. That should fix it.

Please help i uninstallet the mod because it whas overpowered and now i cant load my mage
without it crash down please help my mage is in level 28 and have 100 destruction and 100 alteration
