New update: Anime Upheavel has begun to help balance the game for those who can't stop losing after turn 10. Added Penguin Civ to counter offend any anime pickers. Added Venice because they look like the Shawn Civ (only has 1 city). Added Jungle Mills because even though deforestation is a crime against nature, it's neither impossible or illegal.

New update: added a cluckton of civs by Gedemo because there wasn't enough "deviation from the norm," so now some people can be mudmen.
