However I've just used it for mining using the Drill Turrets. It is very difficult to use because of the inability to see the laser stream. Also the distance between the left and right is so great that you can be mining sought materials on one side while mining crushed stone on the other. I got around this in some degree by using the outside view, but this was very hit and miss when close to other asteroids. I'd suggest placing the drill turrets next to and on top of each other so that just one area of an asteroid is mined at any one time. Perhaps placing a marker on the outer hull above where the drill turrets may solve the visual accuracy issue.
Other than that, it's an excellent ship.
It is definatley a warp out if in trouble ship, but what isn't these days that's not meta? I love your style and flair mate, you mix practicality with funcionality like me.
I also build pvp ships that look great and are functional, they are however meta and thrusters aren't exposed. Long story short, I'd like to share my ebp of my pvp CV with you that's only lost one fight so far. Can you let me know how I can share this with you? I would love to get your feedback, but it's just between you and me because I still fight with this ship. Thanks brother!
One thing I've noticed about the retractible turrets is that the HP is the same for both types. So if you are embedding a retractible turret onto a space you could end up with breaches unless you have additional armor underneath that turret space.
id say this is more about function than looks/areodynamics
xcaliber... damn you, my BP list is full of your creations
Keep up the good work, rated up
I love it!
Again a great Job XCaliber
