Please consider this, who are you helping by reporting uploads like this? There is no point, SEGA and the other games companies don't give a shit about you, you're only helping them line their pockets. Plus, if someone really wants to play games like these they can just get an emulator instead, so you're not exactly hindering them. You're just stopping people from finding out about great old school games.

Wazaap888: I use the "SEGA Genesis & Mega Drive Classics WORKSHOP TOOL "
In Steam, go to LIBRARY, then go down till TOOLS, and then in there, search for the mentioned tool.
It´s easy to learn how to use it, but in the first time, pick NEW MOD, and then in the TITLE put the game name, in GAME VOLUME the "SEGA Genesis & Mega Drive Classics" game where you want to put your mod, in MOD FILE you must pick your .bin archive, in PREVIEW IMAGE the archive cover, and in PRIVACY MODE first pick PRIVATE untill you know that it´s working, and then if you want, put this in PUBLIC to share with all us.
