Hmm, I assumed it was possible since the Team Captain does a similar thing as well as a few other hats.

Should have been themed a little bit more in terms of color based on class. It'd be cool if the medic had a white one and the spy had a burgundy color. Maybe give the heavy a drab dark color? Over all it looks great but its missed potential in that the I'd have to buy two and paint one if I want my spy to fit in better.
