I may have found a workaround for this. If you have the advanced level control mod, simply go into the district manager screen, select one and change the minimum level allowed to 3/5.

Hey, are you planning on adding more higher level buildings? Some of mine simply refuse to upgrade past level 3 (residentials) or level 2 (commercial/offices).

As I said earlier, this is a collection of buildings, I don't make the buildings. You would have to contact the creator of the building in question, directly.

Lower the weight of the buildings on the game, my entire game is lagging of having a small district of these XD

They are a collection , not my creation at all, I just collected all the skyscrapers I liked in one big collection.

the top tier buildings are pretty neat. Thumbs up for those. The lower lvl ones are not very good at all. but I cant complain. this took much work. Thank you. Just makes me lvl up buildings quicker.

would be nice if you include all the homes to add. LSM advised so many houses are missing. bye bye

Guys, this is a district style, nothing more, so you should probably read up on what district styles are, and how they're supposed to work.

it doesnt work, when i change the district it deletees my old buildings and just places the building in the same styles as defealt
