I really love this item and most cosmetics that change the face of the mercenaries. I would really prefer if just the Gatherer style got into the game because the overall set itself kinda goes against TF2's artstyle.

It's immense how much this changes the facial features. I daresay that this is the most radical modification ever, far more than the Level Three Chin.

But I'm not complaining. Nice work!

Personally, I don't see the problem othe commenters seem to have with changing facial structure. There are other replacement heads in game, both Halloween restricted ones like the animal heads and non-restricted ones esp. for Pyro and Engineer. Not to mention the many many face masks and bandanas and beards, those all change the faces.
The important thing for class recognition is the entire silhouette of the body model plus weapons.

Why does it completly change his face? You gotta at least make it somewhat look like heavy

It probably could look a bit more like Heavy, but apart from that, it looks like a great idea.

Literally, there have been a couple others, one butcher one, a clown one that also had a make-up less version, and a couple others.
