can you make it so some soldiers don't have the backpacks on like they wanna not wear theirs it's pretty dumb in my opinion

It could be. Sometimes you can see some gear on soldiers that shouldnt be there, but thats a bug that is not possible to fix. :/

I don't know if this is caused by this mod or some specific other, but...

Some Americans have gloves on non-winter maps? [Most Notably 29th Infantry Division]
And the 29th Infantry Division (The one with the additional gasmask bag) has the 28th Infantry Division's patch instead?

I only play official servers (others seem always empty?) so I wasn't sure that this would've been the case! Apologies for "shaming" as far as it were. Thanks for the reply and goodluck :)

I unsubscribed for one reason only: Some units turn invisible. Only their weapons / helmets show, nothing else. Makes the game feel more sci-fi that's for sure. I think it's a cool concept, for sure, but say the word when it's fixed!
