I don't know about the second question, but the guy got multiple vac bans in the past year.
I wasn't his friend, but it is surprising to see that.

I did develop the pattern on it, the way colors were combined, etc etc.
But the second guy who's in the author list just gave me colors.

Funnily enough, the skin itself was way worse, before I offered him my help. So this is how Rhino Bluntforce was born.

Well then, she can buy this one with no problem.
And I'm saying this not because I want money or something(I don't get any income since skins are moved to market), only because this is the only fastest way to obtain it.

btw i forgot to ad she has been playing for a while so she has tons of scrap and got all the dif crates about 50 times or something :P

You have a small chance of getting it. But, only on x1000 scrap craft, and with a chance of getting it with a random mythical effect.

Or, you can buy it. (but with a higher price, than it was, since it is not on a Stockpile anymore)
