The latest version of the mod adds aqueducts in the remaining settlements that were excluded from the release version. Right now ALL cities should have aqueducts if you construct sanitation buildings.

I tested both mods and I can confirm that both are compatible.
Did you built any sanitation building? The aqueducts will ONLY appear if you do so.

it won't work with hd cities. no matter of load order. it's not even conflict with that mod :(

As far as I know, that mod only changes citiy textures. It should be compatible with this mod.
