-Massive overhaul

-Renamed entire mod prefix from da1 to sp (Subject Policies)
-Renamed various things to make more sense
-Organized every line of code

I'll have this updated by the 15th, and include a more detailed explanation of how this mod works.

I shouldn't really have to explain it if you were subscribed to this mod before, if not; it allows you to trade negatives for a few positives when it comes to vassals and pu's. I'll update the pictures and whatnot later.

and these actions do what exactly? Do they give some kind of boost to subject nations?
