How can I change the convars so my server always has the change?

I wish the time stop effected NPCs or bots

Whenever I switch weapons with this or The World it continues to do the sound effect for the punching rush

@L0ad up Celery Man I've put the wrong convars in the descirption, sorry. You should try to use the "platinum_timestop_length" cvar. Just put the time in seconds behind it and you should be good to go.
