There is already a setting in the game that makes the water reflect everything.

Tested it out on GM_fork, and it looks like mercury. Like the toxic liquid metal mercury. I'm not sure if it's an improvement or not, but I'll keep it for now.

I love this addon so much. I even mix it with water ripple and textures addons. I've had this for two years. Nice work, man. :)
