Yeah so Advanced colour tool is broken as it doesnt work, screen goes black, and causes 10k problems for me. Can you make this compatible with TF2 Paint?

no. it's just that's how it works in gmod.

So Ive used color tool, tf2 paint tool, and proxy color tool and it colors the whole thing. Am I missing someting?

@Sickman okay. I figured out the problem. there's a proxy called "LampBeam" which seems to be affecting translucent textures. in this case, the wound texture.

Still doesn't the blood on the wound the colors i figured it out how it work the blood is still disappears
