This is not a compatibility patch for anything in the Farmsteads: Holy Nation mod line. This patch is for a proto-version of that, Farmsteads - Holy Nation, as noted in this mod's requirements.

Tl;dr, no, any Farmsteads - Slavers + Reactive World Compatibility Patch will be its own mod, if it's ever required.
