Looks cool and all, concept is nice, but I don't know if it'll really be worth it... I mean, using up one of the cosmetic slots on your scout. Don't get the wrong idea, though.

1. It can't move. I would have loved to have an $autoplay layer so the clock arm could move in real time, but Valve's importer does not currently support this feature.

2. Yes, because it's a dogtag replacement.
2a. If the standard default dogtags don't clip with [insert item here] then this will not clip either.

Just a couple questions regarding this item.

1. Does the timer actually move or is it just broken?

2. Does it move with the dogtag?
2a. If it doesn't move, does it conflict with any of the scout shirt miscs?

When u set it on,if u kill someone in the next 20 seconds,you get a extra 75 health and 40% ammo if you dont,you take 100 dmg and lose 45% ammo, do not forgive and forget!

Instead of this being a Misc item, could it be in the Action slot instead. this idea is good for when you do pratice runs on servers to test some routes out and see how quick they are.

I think this would be a really cool spy watch.
Maybe it works like dead ringer but the stats are:
+50% Speed on cloak
- Less cloak duritation
- Louder uncloak sound
