Claude S, The King is based off and voiced by Richard Petty who No. 43 and also had a 69 Daytona and 70 Superbird (Which are both very similar) and had a crash-out like in Cars.

The same ban went to the 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner Superbird, but they were restricted from the 1971 NASCAR season was because the rule was that any aerodynamic car had to have a engine that could extend no more than 300 cubic inches & some NASCAR officials also said they were concerned about the high speeds these classic muscle cars could achive, im also hoping that a 1970 plymouth roadrunner superbird will be added though, since this car comes with a superbird skin since LoneWolfie never made it.
