nah, that old question isnt relevant anymore, really. I was at the time going to make a bunch of sloped arches, but I fell out with modding too.

Sorry by the way for not answering your previous question. I have no clue anymore how many faces for the arches I used; Depends on the LOD's. I'm currently a bit out of modding, but if it would still be 'actual', I could spin up Blender for you

its already compatable since it uses the default wood texture, you're good. would reccomend talking with Johnbeere about it though, if you want to learn more about it

I don't know what is needed to get it to work with the Paintable Blocks mod. So... I don't know.

Love this mod, so useful in so many ways. Any chance you could make the adjustments to make it compatible with the Paintable Blocks mod?

Just curious, but how many faces/edges are used for the outside of the arched timber? (and if it changes for each size, how many for each) Im testing a concept for angled arched planks for use in making domes, and I would love to make It match up with these :P

My prayers have been heard! Curved timbers for ship building! Now add planks in the same diameters and I think naval architecture is being revolutionized! No more "square" riggers! :)

Almost, in fact so close to being just what we to build ships. these would work for the interior structural support beams (the ribs of the ship's hull) but we need the long lateral curved blocks to make a proper ship

No worries or Hurries. I am already using these to make some really really odd contraptions. Like a perpetual Motion Machine. =^_^= (no it does not work but it looks pretty)

@Oobfiche: thanks, I indeed made those diagonal versions. I do not really see an application for round diagonal timbers; What would you need them for?

@FifthPegasus: I got the request before ^_^ This mod was already in my pipe-line before the water mod; getting it out now was just accidental. But I will see with other modders if and who are already busy on hull segments.

Would you be willing to put your skills to Timber Hulls?

Or perhaps a larger Hull type block? You are the first one I have seen to make useful round blocks. I want to pair this with the Water mod by Peaceman. But staggered round pieces are still blocky.
