Not hard at all. You could create and publish this in 10 minutes. Just find Larian's intro 'how to' guide to setting up the editor, then create a new project, open the 'stats editor' sub-menu, search for the incarnate, and bumb up its vitality.

so quick question, how hard is it to make a mod that gives incarnate's 25% more base vitality? cause their damage and armor seem fine with infusions, but their health is so pitiful in the early game.
