@Necronom IV: You are the first who actually noticed that. I used the Mercator Projection due to the simple fact that the editor is not a sphere. ;P

This looks great, but I think it would be better if you opted for a projection other than the mercator as a basis, one that preserves the actual proportions between countries.

While I apreciate the accuricy of the map it is to small to make cities to scale so I am litirally forced to make a super city that stretches over all of europe

Can someone point me to the ruleset with low street prices. Normal rulesets do not enable contruction prices to be changed and I am horrible at the map editor... It's more fun to do it while playing also (want to imitate a sort of transport tycoon experience:P)

Ah, ♥♥♥♥ XD stupid workshop is doing that, the workshop only gives you the map for playing i guess but without a ruleset where streets are cheap like hell it makes no sense. You can use the cimexchange link and download the map in the folder i have mentioned there. This will give you the correct map for editing.

whn i go to map editer, it doesnt show up as an option to build on.

It's a landscape, use the map editor for building cities or a custom ruleset which has low streets prices (Blais made one at cimexchange) so you could build cities while playing on it.

how do i build a city on it?
