That guy in the picture for this mod looks like an awesome basis for it's own portrait pack. Heck, if that was a mod, for regular humans, I'd download it. Especially if there was one for the Elves too. I kinda like the anime-esque style of art work, while not being so outrageously anime that it clashes with the rest of Stellaris's art style.
