I´m not dealing very well with the idea of leaving it, but it what it is.
Note: I´ve used before with no problem, but after an import everything changed, tks for your attention ENRICO.
I'm finding this mod great past mid game, making/getting food stopped being a struggle, but actually getting my people to eat it did, not even just the turret guys but others would just often forget where food baskets were or to use them and I like that it's an item too, so I can just give them to the trouble makers who refuse to eat aha.
I am thinking I will try this mod though so I can keep prisoners permanently fed. It is just too much of a pain to remember to put food in their inventory once in a while.
This mod is useful for taking a break from your main base. Just have everyone idle on turrets with these in their inventory and you can go do something else for a while.
*food cube production chain is huge.
*also it's annoyingly hard to get all Skeletons for your base
10/10 this mod works and is awesome
Later, I tried to set up a production chain of food, hydroponics and cooking, to keep some pack animals fed. And of course stupid characters get stuck in ramps, or other objects. Like most other production chains but more often. Or just with inventory full of stuff and nowhere to dump. For other production chains it just means some time lost if I focus outside my outpost. For food it means my characters would starve to death.
I had almost resigned to playing only skeletons forever.
