Nice map! But I'd like to play a map without a jail. Could anyone help me? Can I delete the jail with a program or can you give me a link to a map without it?

Open up console, type map surf_greatriver_remix_csgo_r2_fix, hit enter, it will load the map with its default settings. Once inside, open up console again and type 'sv_airaccelerate 150' obviously without the ' and hit enter. You should be able to surf with it now.
