If you are experiencing any issues with traffic lights appearing at grade crossings , that is not due to this or any other mod.
CO has broken lane prop placements which has caused every network, including the vanilla ones to become broken.
Use BOB or Adaptive Networks to fix. Tedious, yes, but hopefully there will be another update that fixes this (and does not break other stuff)

Glad you're okay. I recall life was punching you last time we spoke.
Also glad to hear about the drive!
Hopefully CV19 can give you some time to continue your work
or perhaps you could team up with some of the memebers in our community to finish it.
I know zeldslayer just posted functional rail crossings........but as props to be edited in the asset editor :/
They're called American Level Crossing Barrier
perhaps cooperation with him might help get it done.
Or if you'd like I can over to see what I can do to help.
I'm amazed the game has been out this long without any effort by anyone to her done!
The concepts and parts are there, just not the final product.
What problem are you experiencing with this mod? If the mod works, there's no need for it to be updated.
I take it the SSD failure really slowed progress on this.
Will it ever be continued or?

Probably Ronyx69 can help you with animations too :)
Great job on this one.
