I feel like you missed the point of SS3, that's like making a mod that makes Serious Sam into a generic Call of Duty or Battlefield soldier. Just play a different game entirely, that being said, it's cool that people have the choice now to get rid of HUD blood.

some people think hud blood splatter can get in the way of seeing, is it that hard to understand why people would want it lol

hud blood makes games more interesting, I dont see a reason for disabling it

The game option removes all the blood, this just removes the hud blood.

You can disable blood and gore through the options menu. Why make an addon for it?
