When I placed this with the RICO mod I found it only had 1 residence. However in RICO settings tab the building shows the correct values. No idea why the RICO settings were ignored.

@I usually use a project "Eden", it greatly increases the value of the land.

@Wholearmor You need to use rico mod: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=586012417 So buildings will work as zonal. And you can build them as many times as you want.

@joeymozzer I made them low density, and only with 8 households. I think this corresponds to this house :)
@Skie Bloodrose, @t4ctic - It can't be growable, guys, its area exceeds 4x4 squares.
@S.H.A.N You'd better ask about it from Distanced (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/id/trulydistanced) , because this is his city in the screenshot :)
