My suggestions for stats:
+10% damage (does not affect afterburn)
+Airblasting takes no ammunition
+5 extra ammo consumed per second while firing
-20% afterburn damage
-25% maximum primary ammo on wearer (resulting in 150 ammo)

It would be designed more for the Pyros who like to airblast players into corners before scorching them into ashes, preffering to burn directly instead of letting the afterburn kill them slowly.

It's missing highlights. I'd recommend adding a phong mask, which would really increase the quality of the weapon.
