Any way you could do carts and wagons to pull behind the horses ? Eco has a mod but, you need dinos to pull them

This is a shot in the dark here. The bottle of cow milk engram does not work. Have both the bottle learned (lvl 5 engram) and the milk crafted in the cows inventory but it does not allow for the "bottle of milk" to be learned. Is there a spawn command or something that is floating somewhere? Anything that can help?

Just want to say I am LOVING the coat pattern mechanic on the horses. I have NO IDEA how it works--I had hesitantly theoried it was determined by colour region 3, which I had never seen anywhere on any of my critters, but that was squashed when twins came out one solid and one pinto. But the mechanic is SO COOL and honestly if something like this is possible I wanna know why it's never been used before on any official creatures; I wanna see dinos running around with brilliant scale and feather pattern variations!

I have a problem with the mod, it doesn't work on the dedicated server and it works on the single player. I see the game's default dinos and I don't see the '' changed '' (I've put it first on the list)

How many of these animals are tameable?

I'd really consider incorporating Marni's Horse mod, and her wildlife mod, when it becomes available. Yes, her horses need re-scaling, but they look pretty nice.

@ducky the horse patterns are saved server side, so if you SP it will change every time you restart your game, because thats just how ark does it; if you have a server, the patterns stay.

I know the question has been answered about porting Atlas models or various other models over to Gunsmoke, that it is too time consuming and not worth the effort. BUT if a geeky person with too much time on their hands were to say, "Here are the models, all you have to do is put in the spawn points" would that be ok, or would you still rather not?

Every time I load up, my tamed horse's pattern changes. Is that a known issue, or is there something funky going on on my side?

Just sort of curious, not sure what you are still doing with these mods. Do you think you will be taking the time to make a mod for gunsmoke that brings over the Atlas animals? Such as the horses, the cows, the sheep, and so on?

I had that saddle issue, turned out you can not use the regular Equus saddle it has to be the one from the mod.

I'm not sure what the problem could be, but I can't seem to equip a saddle to my horse. Solutions?

I tried this mod for fun, along with all your other available mods for gunsmoke. I must say that except for the occational spawn of a fullsized creature. A couple raptors, and Morella it was fun to play on. My question is if I use this mod on scorched earth will it stop the SE dinos from spawning? Basicly I would like to just have yours added without changing the theirs. If it does I'll just stick to playng your map with it.

@Jacobforthewin Its easy to say "make them look more like real life animals" but actually doing that in the dev kit is one of the more advanced things we have yet to fully attempt yet, maybe some day but at this point we are more focused on our other mods to help bring more of the wild west feel to the map, but perhaps some day custom models will happen! never say never!

@Cadwah So far, I gotta say I'm loving this mod! Love the landscape and how scarce the animals can be. It really gives that sense of loneliness and realism. The only gripe I have are the models. It's not a huge gripe, but some are custom and some are not, but resized to be more accurate to real life animals. The Boar, Coyote,Cougar, and Elk, and are good examples, they are resized pretty damn well, however their models are not changed in any way, just smaller. If there is a way to change them to look more like their real life counterparts, like the Coyote skinnier than the wolf with a smaller head, the boar looking more pig-like, a shortening ofthe Cougar's canines, and the antlers of the elk to be skinnier and point up rather than to the sides, prehaps that could be in a future update?

@ghoztsurfer The Leech spawn has been fixed I believe with todays map update so you can get leech blood from the swamp.

How about modern animals ,no dinos? Yeah well after 3 years of the same old ark I wanted to embarq on something different. I love the survial aspect and from what I've seen nothing beats ark graphics/ map like Ragnarok. If you think there is no challenge think again, I have created a very challenging envireonment - no auto healing you must contact a Dr and get meds to heal. add the NPC "natives" along with Gunsmoke mod, grizzly bears, rattle snakes and over 40 moderns animals. just to name a few and you will be challenged just as much as you were with a TRex chasing you. Anyhow we would love to have you brave & tired of the same old crap to join us.

Ouch, thanks for the Info. We were thinking about making a cabinet full of antidote and making it public access, guess that's our only option at the moment. LOL
I am listed as Admin for the server, but for some reason I have no admin rights yet. The owner of the servers will be on in a few hours. He will fix both my rights, and the Cabinet with the Antidotes... I guess untill then, i keep dying. Hey, run around like you know you're dying, get to see a lot of the map.

@ghoztsurfer I believe Leeches are in one of the Spawners in the swamp, however I'm not sure if they're actually spawning on the GunSmoke map currently. They are definitely set to in this mod so it's possible the spawn is broken. In this mod they spawn instead of the GS Poisonous Frogs. I'd say until the frog spawn is fixed by Case you'll need to spawn the antidotes in.
