Now add controllable missiles

@Retired Ninja Thanks for letting me know about this! I believe the problem was the existing turrets and the newly created ones would recieve input from each other. This seems to have been fixed by giving each turret a logic splitter.

the deployable turrets are buggy. the guns turn in on themselves and explode
