It was Octavian Avgvstvs with the military reform of 28 BC to include ARCHER'S troops as regular avxilia! Before Romans don't make use of archers or cavalry .. just mercs but not more. Avgvstvs brought a total change to all army , always with the supervision of his best friend Marco Vipsanio Agrippa : Soldier, Admiral, Architect ...

Lepidus and Pompey factions need some basic archers , i guess ! Augustus and Antony have lots of archers .

You can choose battles from different campaigns there.

Yes, you can use this in custom battles. Select "Emperor Augustus" in the settings

Some regions for recruitment have been disabled on the EA map by the creators of the game. In this mod, you can recruit auxiliary troops in any region.

Are there any areas where you can't recruit these new auxiliaries, like in your other auxiliary mod?
