Depends on where they are deployed, it ranges from WWII weapons such as the type 99 lmg to futuristic weaponry such as Half-life's gauss gun. Although most of them are equipped with weapons from the early 2000s as shown in the screenshots. But if you're asking in game then they spawn with HL2 weapons when you equip them with "default weapon".

And if you're asking for the weapons in the screenshots, there is no way you could obtain those unless you join Tiger Tank's p2p server since those are a compilation of stolen models/weapons from various addons/mods.

Once I am done with school I will make weapons, because I still need to master animating if I were to make viewmodels.

Small suggestion. Do you remember your prop pack? Make some of those actual weapons, both for the player and NPC weapon override. That'd be awesome!
