Great mod! I've been using it since forever.


In the first place, the game is wrong about the terminology. It shouldn't even be allowed to have more than one person in the party with Lone Wolf. But who cares? It's just a game.

Would it hurt people to be civil and respect each other? If only everyone was kind and they were minding their own business. Oh no, that's hypocritical now. :O We need to reach out, and help others to be kind towards everyone. LMFAO :D

If I wanted to judge, I'd say something like "I couldn't be friends with someone who tells someone to 'fuck up bud'". But I'm not saying that. I'm saying that people are weird. Again, my comment was just "this is a weird mod because it ignores the definition of a Lone Wolf" and you made it something else. Not one bit of judging happen. I rarely judge people. Even those people who have post edit text that is misspelled and you can tell that they did not 1 ounce of proof reading before posting their video. All I'm saying is "this is a weird mod". If you're wanting to take it as something else, then that's your problem, not mine.

First of all - You must be real proud of yourselves for telling someone online to "fuck up bud" and making false accusations about the intentions of someone's comment. Bravo.

Second - There was not even the inkling of "bitching" happening in my comment. My comment was literally defining for people what a Lone Wolf is and why it's weird that there's a mod that "unnerfs" it. Really no different than saying "I soloed the boss" while you stand in a crowd of 29 other players who were fighting it with you. It wasn't a solo if you had friends. And it's not a Lone Wolf if you're with others. It's a fact. If you can't handle facts, then I'd suggest avoiding the internet.

Also, I'm not keen on replying to much of anything online, so thank you for giving me a reason to do so.

@AsUI How does that make sense? Lone Wolf only works because it's 1 or 2 characters. Think of it this way - are you still a loner/hermit if you hang out with 3 or more friends? No. You people ask for the weirdest things.

Any chance to get this but for party 3+ ??! This will be good idea for players\ who want only 1 lone-wolf character with 4 ppl party in difficult +2

Same goes for the Combat Skills. 10 is the 'normal' cap, and because of how it was originally, it could get up to 20~

This was all due to the fact, that you were locking yourself to "Half" of a Max Party... you got the additions, to make up for the missing characters...

Larian's Change with Definitive Edition, in essence... doesn't make it so the Lone Wolf talent makes it so you can cover for the less party members, but just makes you 'Cap' Faster... which ends up making you spend points elsewhere, and making the Character more "Jack of all Trades" instead of the Specialized types...

@Nemesis666 Sorry that I'm responding now of all times... But, the number "70", is specific... due to how the Lone Wolf Talent, Functions~!

Normally: 40 in any Attribute, is the highest it will be allowed to go, from just allotting points~ But as you start with a minimum of 10, in all Attributes, that is (technically) 30 assigned points~

The way Lone Wolf /Used/ to work, was you could still spend points, up to the same points as non-Lone Wolves, getting to 40~ But then it gave an additional point bonus, for every point you invested~

@OP, can't seem to get the cap for combat skills from 10 to 20, even when mod is activated in definitive edition. i tried moving the mod from top to bottom (and vice versa) of load order with no success. you happen to know of anything else i might be able to try?

no, but it dont show on atributes its and stay in 40 and dont midify the passive bonus

It doesnt change the tooltip, It will uncap the abilities. Do you have any conflicting mods?

The tooltip for Lone wolf will still say 10 and 40 respectively but the mod will allow you to increase to 40 and 70 respectively.* from the mod description

does the tooltip for lone wolf stay the same? because i have it loaded in and its showing up in my mod list its just that the tool tip isnt changing for the talent

Its also not in my steam wokshop map after subscribing, so there is definately an issue other then the one you linked a fix for
