Updated to 2.7. There's currently an issue it appears I can't fix which is sometimes preventing AI from getting the extra systems from this mod. Extra resources, pops, ships, districts and colonies look to be unaffected.

It may be a different mod i have enabled messing with it, but it appears this does not work in 2.7

Updated to 2.6 - a few small changes were made, let me know if you experience any oddities.

ill test if work, one my first run, anyway im sure i wont finish it regardless, 200 mods are hard to manage so, in short time ill tell if works or not

Updated to 2.2.2 (beta branch). Not tested but should work with 2.2.1. Give feedback about the balance - I'm not entirely familiar with the 2.2 changes just yet so I may have under/overtuned.

This is good, but does it edit the inital discovery (First Contact) event that hapens when you encounter them... would be kinda strange to see it say "they acheived space flight at the same time as us". It could say like they are a few more centuries advanced than us
