Nop, it hardcoded in mod prefs. But you can make your own local patch (local mod), just look how it work and make same

2Mittsies: It is problem of pawn AI and pathfinding script. Weak indie game budget -> weak code & weak optimization. Base design is not a solution. You can place many tables, but then pawns become crazy.
And yes. Mood bonus really so important. Most important. Especially in hostile biomes, when you have to eat people

I wouldn't say so Mittsies. They pack food in the inventory sometimes and will just pop it whenever convenient instead of going to a table nearby. It's mad annoying.

Not sure why you'd want this mod. Is the mood bonus really so important that you're willing to lose a huge amount of productivity? This is a base-design issue moreso than anything else.
