This is heresy
Jk, I know Steam wouldn't like that one lol.
While I am not to aware of how the voice line system for the game works, hearing more variations of voice lines would be refreshing. Anyways, glad to see this mod has not been abandoned like so many others!
Yes, that's right, super friendly but also capable of using incredible violence to bludgeon their enemies into submission, just like the real thing!
Y'know, why is the idea of hyper-aggressive Canadians so funny to me?
Thank you so much
What I eventually realized, several hours later as I was walking the dog, was that the Canadian advisor voice is almost exactly how I imagine Harvey would sound in my head, so in a way, Harvey unintentionally became a canon part of my Stellaris game, and I love it.
So from now on, I don't care what anyone says, the Canadian advisor's name is now Harvey as far as I'm concerned.
So, I've been kind of coming up with some headcanon for a mod idea for another game (Space Engineers, an MES add-on if anyone's wondering). For a bit of summary, the idea involves a collection of in-game factions one of which is a division of a powerful tech company that specializes in AI development. (Muffincrust Technologies Compliance Division)
Anyhow, one of the AI that was developed by this company goes by Harvey, and because I love the "Canadian" accent, his vocal profile has this accent. (The reason this matters in-game is that I also have intentions of including audio with my mod, and having actual interactions with the various AIs)
