I already included works of few other mods, for which I got permissions from the authors, including Human Revolution, which I added as separate subspecies of humans.

Would it be ok if I included some of your assets from this mod as well as another subspecies?

Hair generates over the portraits, hair that does not fit and just looks like an image slapped over the portrait. How can I stop the hair from generating?

Hi! Are you ok if I include your mod as a requirement/dependency in a large portrait patch (still requiring users of the patch to subscribe to your mod) but modifying some files to include the portraits in the default Paradox categories?

Yes, there's not a pre-created default species for this. It's yours to create to your own specifications!

So, a little new here, and while this sounds awesome and am totally subscribed to it, it seems i can only create a new species with stuff from the, instead of choosing them from the get go. Like, they don't show up in the normal species selection. Am I not understanding how this workd, or is it exactly like that?

They should not show up in randomly generated empires. Did you change something?

I like the mof but would you mind filling out the species name slots? AI generated empires have blank names.

I did take a lot from the David Lynch dune but no, they're not supposed to be. A Dune total conversion would probably be interesting but considering the focus on ground fights on that it might take some doing if you wanna get it right.

@Aske No, they won't. You'll still get the default UN & Commonwealth humans if those are on as well as/or any other vanilla human empires you have got, but due to how the species system works they won't consider themselves the same species as a Human Hive empire so you'll still get xenophobia stuff etc. Changing that would take a bit more indepth modding but I'm p sure it could be done if somebody wanted to.

@Aske They won't generate random empires by default, but you can make your own custom empire using the portraits and make it randomly spawnable

This is really cool! Alpha Centauri basically got me hooked on science fiction.. Hope you're interested in doing a few more a factions, like the University, the Gaians or the Spartans.. I'm still hoping that someone, someday, makes a Mindworm / Planet (Charon) race!
