Please just keep it as is. 30% seems more than fine to me personally, as in the base game that doesn't come near stopping a bullet, just reduces the damage.

are the masks way too op? they appeared as like 45% sharp protection or something like that, when the description states clearly "might save you from a bullet" or (again) something like that.

I like your mod, but I wonder if you could add the choice of whether or not the mask is visible on the colonist bar, similar to "show hair with hats." Would this be difficult to implement?

I dont know if this is just me, but the advanced faceplate doesn't seem to layer correctly with the simple helmet.

That has been a constant vanilla issue since b18, still not fixed, even with the help of some C# wizards, still looking for anyone who will know how to squash that bug good and proper :)

Everything looks cool! Really nice addition to armor, but sometimes faceplate moves to the outer layer of headwear and is displayed over main headwear(my colonists wear cultist hoods from RoM). Im not really sure why it's happening but it would be nice to track this bug down. Good luck and keep this mod updated please! :D

Yeah judging not being a mass issue it's probably some sort of mod conflict, although I'm not sure where to even start with a problem like this and I use a ton of mods.

So I had a chat with our Lord and saviour Jecrell today, he used both mods together and didn't see any issues either, so to both users who are having this issue, it's not our mods :)

Hmmmm might have something to do with jecstools, this is just a basic XML apparel mod, jecstools is what does all the heavy lifting, if you could send in an error log it would help immensely

I'm having the same problem as Lento, using this mod, when someone wears a mask, or at least an advance faceplate, they won't auto wear anything else. Might be a conflict with something else but removing the mod fixed my issue.

Basically they wouldn't auto wear anything but a flak vest. If i forced them to put something on they could, but they wouldn't auto equip anything else.

I don't know if it's specifically related to this mod, but pawns wearing mask appear to no longer be able to clothes themselves once they are made wear one. For instance, some pawns assigned to wear mask and others clothes would never change their mask and clothes on purpose, even if a better one became available, even if they end up naked.
My workaround is to make them clothes normally, and then wear the mask using a different template. Not that game breaking, but... well, that's too bad :p
