If you open the ammo chest in the mod editor you will see a list of items somewhere in the window, add the ammo there. It is a list of all allowed items in this box.

The blue print gives you access to all the equipment, armor & weapons. If you just want the rifle, you should be able to craft it at the crossbow bench. The bullets are craftable at the arrow bench.

love the helmet, not sure about the armor colour combination though
