The first snippet you posted is to ban people who attempt to use backdoors, lol.

Read what the code does around the snippet you posted it loops through each backdoor net string in that json table adding it as a net receiver., once it does that it it logs and bans them if they attempt to use the said net receiver.

The other code is the clientside payload that you can easily read by just printing out that string to see what it does.

If this addon was a backdoor it would have been removed by the gmod staff almost two years ago. People keep commenting on the addon because they see obsfucated code and automatically assume it's a backdoor when it isn't.

I dont even play this game anymore, if it makes you feel any better to report the addon and comment here, by all means do it.

It's not a backdoor, its barely obfuscated too. If you have a brain larger than the size of a pea you can easily decode the hexadecimal and comment spam.

Can confirm that the API is down and there's no backdoor in the code. @✦ Remontoire ✦ either a troll or got hacked some other way.

Are you guys considering putting this back up? I like the idea of a global ban list built into an anti cheat

@✦ Remontoire ✦ The anti-cheat consist of no backdoor, this anti-cheat is also, outdated which means your server should have had no effect from this ad-don. If this was the case it would have affect more servers than just yours over the course of 2018-2019 which it didn't so I have to say that you are creating a false report, spamming our pages with false information which isn't idea seeing it's very immature seeing you are framing us which we don't do harm to servers hence g-security!

The anticheat has no backdoor, it hasn't even been updated in over a year and is considered outdated (The server that hosted all of the blacklist definitions shouldn't even be up anymore). If you have serious concerns about your server being backdoored, add me on steam and maybe I can help out? Are you sure the source was from this addon?
