I miss my long passages :(

Doesn't matter what length you set in the mod options. Also disables cable building on a brand new game if the mod is enabled.

Confirming issue with cables. I have to disable the mod to build cables. Didn't try with pipes. I will have to check if manipulating the construction length matters.

Same for me, ChoGGi. Saved game or new game, the pipes and cables just don't show up when you try to build them. Love your mods btw!

Same here, with this mod enabled I can't build cables and pipes any more on an existing save where this mod was enabled before the update on Nov 22. Fortunately disabling the mod allows me to build again.

Hi, it's useful, have been using it for about 10 hours, until the point that it corrupted my save file - I cannot build cables and pipes any more. Restarting the game doesn't help, but luckily disabling the mod worked.

I'll update for the options needing a reload.

The build distance is for how long you can build stuff, the passage one is for each bend in the passage.

Nice mod. I am not quite sure what is the difference between two mod settings. Also, settings are not applied while in game, I had to change them in the menu and then load the save again.

Anyone having an issue with this mod (and really any mod that lengthens tunnel construction) breaking the ability to place pipes, cables, and tunnels?

I took a look, but I'm not sure if I want to mess around with the tunnel construction controller.

Could you make a mod that removes those ugly double connection pipes when your pipes go though two connecting hexes on a building

I'd second that Mod Config Option to adjust it for ease of convinience.. however for the time being I'll edit my files... if I wanted a distance of 42 (just over double the standard length) do both lines of code need changing to 42.. or is the first line max distance and the second max-chainable segments?

Adding research stuff is annoying :), but you're welcome to manually install the mod from https://github.com/ChoGGi/SurvivingMars_CheatMods/tree/master/Mods%20ChoGGi/Construction%20Extend%20Length and edit the length in Script.lua, I'll get around to adding it as a ModConfig option one of these days.

can you make a version of this where its only 50 tiles or something and its a reserchable tech? as this is a bit game breaking but at the same time this is the only passage extention mod i have found so far.
