hello everyone who tried downloading this mod. I was very young and dumb when I made this and I had no idea the hat never even updated.

that uhhh seems like more a question for the devs themselves if you dont want the hat and unsubscribe it should go away

Uninstalled it since I wanna use no mods and have a fresh clean start, but its still in my hat wheel! How do I remove it?

FINAL UPDATE: Alright it's done, it's just a skin of the sanic hat, but with the original model and art, I'd say it's a mod worth getting

and with that, I can finally enjoy A Hat In Time again.

Good start, although the model puts me off from using this hat. It's too tall and bulky. Maybe make it look more fluent and proper like that Sanic Hat mod. Hearing about a boosting mechanic really sounds exciting so im hoping this mod gets somewhere

UPDATE 2: Okay I got a new pc and i know i said it'd be done before march but i didn't account for lack of pc so give me a few more months

UPDATE: PC ♥♥♥♥♥♥ died a few months back so no progress but when I get a new one I'll probably try to figure it out again

coding is something scarily hard when you have to learn it yourself from scraps of other hats, but i'll figure it out.

It wont die, trust me. It'll be done sooner or later. Likely sometime after 2019 but before march.

i really hope the mod gets the boost abillity added soon, i just dont wanna see this mod die

I'll probably stick with the sonic hat, it's taken weeks just to get the model and everything done. I'm currently taking a break from the mod but I'll get back to coding it eventually when I can find enough resources to make some complete boost code.

What baout if the sprint was just fast sprint with proper jump momentum, and then there was a Sonic badge that let you booe by pushing the attack button?

I think that would allow the best of both worlds and would be fun even withou Sonic hat like the Lylac cyclone badge. Dunno if boost meter would be possible though.

This one is going to have a boost mechanic as soon as I can figure out how to code it in. As of right now, it's the sprint hat.

What is the difference between this and the other Sonic hat? Does this one carry your momentum when you jump? That annoyed me with the other Sonic hat.

So why do we have this when there is already a Sonic hoodie hat on the workshop that has a unique speed to it compared to just being a sprint hat that's not even really a hat.

Something else I forgot to mention as well, it's too bad that this isn't a Shadow the Hedgehog hood. I would've love to see that be a thing in the Workshop seeing as I don't think there is a Shadow hat/hood available as of yet. Or even a Metal Sonic hood.

The Sonic Hat mod doesn't have that going for it so this could be interesting to see, so good luck to you with that if you can pull it off. The size of the Hood itself is still a bit odd to me though.

It's currently (key word currently) a hat with the sprint hat ability but it's the first release, i still plan on coding it to make it it's own hat, and giving it a boost similar to the modern sonic games.

Now that you say that, it kind of does look like Classic Sonic from Sonic Generations.

Question, does this replace the Sprint Hat, is it a Flair for the Sprint Hat, or is it a new Hat entirely just like the Sonic Hat mod?

I wouldn't mind seeing this as a Sprint hat replacement with the same "really fast" speed running capability that the Sonic Hat mod has by holding the ability button and moving around. And if it means that I can get rid of the Sonic Hat mod and free up a Hat selection slot, even better.

The hat is literally classic sonic from generations with his body and eyes removed. you can literally see through the hat if you look into it

This seems kind of pointless when there's already a Sonic Hat mod that exists in the Workshop that straight up lets you run at the speed of sound like crazy.

Plus no offence but your Sonic Hood is way too big while the Sonic Hat I mentioned before is much smaller and better looking.
