The outside is fine and good but when I go inside the walls and floor are covered in black and purple squares, and not in the normal way, the walls have normal textures but there's a reflective material over it that is a missing texture

I had to move the directory to my D: drive since I was running out of space on my C: drive, so I uninstalled it, reinstalled it in the D: drive, and it fixed itself!

That means that some of the files for gmod are messed up, which is probably causing the problem. Try restarting gmod/steam and it should get fixed if you verified the local files.

And it always says when I verify the files: "7 items failed to something something and will be reaqcured" or some shit,and nothing changes.

Try mat_specular 0 and if that doesn't work try buildcubemaps in console. This might cause some lag.
