@psychotater360 Google dude, much easier than explaining it over another addon's comments. Loads of tutorials on YouTube and the likes.

now I use blendere and I have rigged models to use but I don't know how to edit them for the workshop if anyone knows how I go about that I could take a shot at rigging these models?

The saddest thing is these models are almost a decade old, and only now are they uploaded here on the Workshop.
