Same as the guy below, setups are a good base to start, i recomend to make it more personal. Baku for example a spun on the last corner(change ballast to front, add +1 RW), australia strugling in S2 (+1 fw and +1 rw and that made it), overall is a good help! Thanks

Atleast for me, all these setups are really oversteery. I ran the Baku one and i just spun going the racing line in the last corner. Going forwards on the ballast 2 points and adding 2 points on the rear wing really helped. This was as a sauber first season of career mode.
