I have seen the adrenaline one but what i meant was like maybe replacing the model with some kind of pack or bag, a legpack or something like that. Something similar to this where its a backpack but it looks like you take a mekit out of the backpack. Unless you mean a different addon than that, in which case im blind lol.

Do you think you could do something similar to this with the pills and adrenaline? Or just replace both of thier worldmodels with the medkit? I think it would be kinda cool to have like little packs for those to items to be in or something.
